Her stellar career in the industry has allowed her to co-own real estate and mortgage companies, manage offices, operate a top proudcing real estate team closing more than 250 homes anually and become involved with the leadership team as a recruiter for Keller Williams Professional Partners.
Raquel began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area. She started in real estate residential sales and early on began learning about the mortgage business. Her business grew at a rapid pace in 7 years that she decided forming a team. Her team consisted of 5 buyer's agents, 2 listing agents, a transaction coordinator, and was recognized as the top 1% of her office and 5% of two counties. In addition, she co-owned a mortgage company and received the Top Volume Platinum Award in their first year it opened.
In 2007, she decided to move from California to Arizona and became the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Professional Partners where she assisted in helping almost 200 agents grow their business as well as the company. Raquel was excited about helping agents with their business and seeing the market center grow. After her first year as a team leader, the Goodyear/Surprise Market Center became the largest real estate office in the Southwest Valley and held the #1 Market Share in the area. Through great leadership and a dynamic team, the office received top recognition as the #7 KWRI Market Center in Closed Units and #9 KWRI Market Center in Written Units.
After having her second child, she decided to leave management and form a dynamic sales team that specializes in residential sales handling equity sales, REOs, short sales, asset disposition, trustee sales acquisitions, flips and property management. Her drive and entrepreneurial spirit have resulted in many industry honors and awards including: #1 Sales Volume for her WEMAR MLS board, KW Southwest Region Top Individual by GCI & Top Individual Closed Units and was named by The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 250 Real Estate Professionals List by Sales Transactions at #53. In 2012, she was recognized as one of the Top 4 Individual agents for Keller Williams Realty International and has been featured on AZ Fox News. Most recently, her team received the platinum award for Keller Williams International, America's Best Real Estate Agents-Top 100 Arizona Team 2013, AREAA A List 2013, and WEMAR MLS Board-Members President Rond Table.
Raquel believes it is important to give back to your communities by getting involved. She currently serves as National Board Member for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and was recently theEDGE Chair dedicated to young professionals of the Asian community. In addition, she also served as a board member for the National Association of the Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
